BlazeText ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use the BlazeText mobile application (the "App"). By using the App you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information:
- Usage Data — Firebase Analytics automatically collects anonymized data such as screens viewed, features used, session duration, device type, OS version, and app version.
- Crash Reports — Firebase Crashlytics collects crash logs including device state at the time of the crash to help us fix bugs.
- User Content — Text art creations you save are stored locally on your device. No account or login is required.
- Advertising Data — Google AdMob collects the Android Advertising ID and device information to serve ads.
- Purchase Information — In-app purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and improve the App and its features
- To diagnose and fix crashes and performance issues
- To serve advertisements that help us keep the App free
- To deliver app configuration and feature updates via Firebase Remote Config
- To comply with applicable legal obligations
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with trusted third-party service providers:
- Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config, Realtime Database)
- Google AdMob — advertising platform
- Google Play Billing — in-app purchase processing
4. Data Retention & Deletion
User content is stored locally on your device and can be deleted by uninstalling the App. Analytics and crash data are retained per Google's default retention periods (up to 14 months for Analytics).
5. Advertising & Your Choices
BlazeText displays ads via Google AdMob. You can opt out of personalized advertising via Android device settings (Settings → Google → Ads) or by resetting your Advertising ID.
6. Children's Privacy
BlazeText is rated for ages 3+ and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us immediately and we will delete it.
7. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but strive to protect your data.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
